I always do click and collect here in the mornings when I?m working in Maldon, usually 2 or 3 days a week. The ladies are always so friendly (even though I sometimes have a big order from all my colleagues!) and nothing is too much trouble.

i was served by kiri and she was so lovely and friendly. offering butter with my croissant and ultimately just being friendly. i just wanted to say this about her because one person can really make your day despite it going bad so far. coffee and food also delicious

Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting Costa in Maldon, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also exceptionally attentive. Their welcoming attitude immediately made me feel at ease, setting the tone for a great visit.
I ordered two espressos, which were served promptly and with a smile. The coffee was rich and flavorful, exactly what I needed to kickstart my day. The barista clearly knew their craft, as the espresso had the perfect balance of strength and smoothness, without any bitterness. It was a testament to Costa's commitment to quality.
To complement my coffee, I decided to try one of their cakes. The cake was fresh, moist, and wonderfully indulgent?a perfect pairing with the espresso. The portion size was just right, offering a satisfying treat without being overwhelming. The presentation was also top-notch, showing that even in a casual setting like Costa, attention to detail matters.
The café itself was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant ambiance, making it an ideal spot to relax for a while. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or spending some time catching up on work, Costa Maldon offers a welcoming environment that caters to all.
Overall, my visit to Costa Maldon was a great experience, thanks to the excellent service, delicious coffee, and quality food. I?ll definitely be returning soon.

Popped in for a coffee and just wanted to make Costa aware of something. Jasmine who served me today was incredibly polite, helpful and cheerful, employees like this are a credit to any business.

The third Costa in a fortnight that I have visited, and the third that I was told the dishwasher is broken and had to have a takeaway cup. I didn't stay this time.I rather think it is down to staff costs rather than mechanical failure. Very disappointing for what once a premium brand.

Enjoyable cup of coffee and cake. Not busy (Sunday early afternoon) so it was an opportunity for a quiet catch-up with my sister, comfy seats, no irritatingly noisy children and the chance to people-watch. Efficient service and pleasant staff. First visit to this branch, will definitely visit again.Parking: 2 pay car parks relatively close by. No parking outside the shop.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level. Wide doorway.
