I popped into Boots optician in Maldon to have my glasses adjusted.
What a friendly team! Such a warm welcome and lovely smiling faces. I'm a manager in customer services and if my team were like this I'd be very proud of them.
Well done Boots and well done the team at Maldon.
My glasses now fit great and it's safe to say I'll be back (almost can't wait for my glasses to break!)

I must?ve hit this place on a bad day but I found the welcome unwelcoming, I had to wait for a timed appointment, the optician didn?t give me feedback on the OCT test I paid for, other than my eyes were ?worse? and then I ordered some glasses that may or may not come (they weren?t on display at this particular Boots), no discussion of lenses thickness or finishes. Totally chaotic, totally archaic compared to Vision Express or Specsavers. Only went there because I wanted a particular frame. Avoid.
