Not very impressed with the pharmacist this morning . Went in for advice regarding contact dermatitis after over use of Voltarol gel , explained I?d tried using hydrocortisone but it seemed to be aggravating it , asked for recommendations of a product that didn?t use propylene as a carrier , and was told to just go through all the products of their shelves ! Thanks for your advice .

Found the staff very polite and helpful..
Considering they get shoplifted nearly every day..
Nobody in retail should have to put up with this..

Really rude and unhelpful woman behind the till today, she is often there, was around midday, blonde around 60, Costs nothing to be polite and even helpful, guess that is what she is paid to do.

Good shop, has deals going alot of the time. Always good to check your app before you go. Bit on the small side but can't be helped, I don't have the smallest of prams but I manage.

Flu season was among us. So I booked my jab there.Apon entry there was a really short wait. Had to fill in a short form. Spoke to the pharmacist and answered some questions as well as being given information about the jab.Overall a super easy process with literally no hassle at all.Would recommend.

Just your average Boots store. Not as big as many of the Boots stores so don't always stock the same items as larger stores.

Went into Boots in Maldon High Street the other day, and for some reason did not notice there was a queue. The person behind the counter made me feel really silly even though I apologized for accidently coming to the front of the queue when it was not my turn. She was also very aggressive and patronising when she served me. Quite uncalled for! It has made me feel uneasy about going to that shop again!
