I bought a property very recently and Neil and his team were very efficient and professional. They accommodated various visits and kept me updated all along the way. I can't praise the team at Beresford enough. From the start Nik made me feel very comfortable taking time to explain everything and answering all my questions. From there on Sam was amazing keeping me up to date with everything. They sold my house within days for the asking price which was pitched just right. Both Sam and Niel should be commended on their patience and knowledge. Both of them worked for the sellers while we were the buyers. You wouldn?t have known it, they were always at the end of the phone and happy to help however silly the question. While most companies have decided to offer 5 recorded messages before getting through to the wrong person, either of these two can normally be reached directly within a minute.To top it all off, the massive smile across Sams face when he got to hand us the keys is testament to how much he loves his job and cares about people.Keep doing what you?re doing. great JobThank you.

I?ve just moved into a property managed by Beresfords and my partner and I have found Joleen nothing short of brilliant. She has been incredibly accommodating with the shifts we work to enable us contractors to sort out issues at the property and has chased contractors when they haven?t been in contact. Joleen has always called when she has said she would and whilst I?m sure the issues raised become tedious you wouldn?t know it as she is always happy to help and is always approachable. This has made the stressful process much easier which I?ve never experienced before with a letting agent. It really makes all the difference when renting a property and I know that any future issues will be resolved as fast as possible and with care.
