Personally I've never had an issue with NatWest, especially the branch in Maldon. Yeah the opening times are a bit awkward, but its only a small branch. An ATM where you can deposit money would be very helpful, but again I've only ever seen these at the larger branches.
The people working there have always been helpful and understanding.
The only problem I've ever had with them is when they have asked to see ID once and I had forgotten it, however this is my fault. If you can't pass security then you don't get your money. Simple, effective, secure.
The ATM there has a helpful feature where you can request money from your online banking app to be sent to it, without having to use a debit card if you left your wallet at home. Again, very secure as they have multi-factor authentication for anyone wishing to withdraw money via that method.
Big up the ratings, 5 star to improve that ill deserved 1 star average.

It seems like pensioners are going to throw their dummy from their pram as they don't know how to bank online these days, get a grip and LEARN.
A learning mind is a healthy one, it will do y'all some good to install some efficiency into how you go about doing things.
Also to those parking in the bus stop or on the double yellows because you can be bothered to walk a couple of metres to the bank, you are the worst kind of person. Maldon high-street is busy enough and it doesn't need your old rovers blocking up the roads where it is already quite narrow.
