Very disappointed.
I ordered a delivery which never arrived on the scheduled day. When I called to ask, they said it was on the van and told me to come and collect it instead, which defeats the point of delivery. I rang again to double-check before going, only to be told it had been sold out. So clearly, they never attempted to deliver it in the first place. Poor service, won?t be ordering again.

Usually have to ask random people in the shop for help as it's never properly staffed and staff are not approachable anyway.

Pop here sometimes, mainly Screwfix, but good for 6ft fencing. Bags of hardcore, shape sand is expensive. I went to local builders merchants, better pricing.

Won?t accept refund or exchange without a receipt even though between the time of purchase and refund was 2 min. They didn?t print out a receipt. I?ve shopped here for many years spending thousands. They just lost a consumer for life

Store is looking so much better in the last two months. More team members around the store, helpful, shelves are stocked, never used to be and feels cleaner. Vast improvement in only a short space of time. Think they?ve a new Manager and it?s shows!
