Poor service. I asked the man in the shop for price of a flooring that displayed high up. Instead of checking for me (I intended to place an order on it) he just told me it was too high to check and sent me away.

Hi sorry you wasn?t satisfied with the service I did however give you the prices of all the products we sell and yes one product was 12 ft high on top of a display stand and I wasn?t able to see the product price sorry you wasn?t happy

Visited many local independent and nationwide carpet retailers, but staff at Whitney?s showed us a sample of a fantastic carpet, that was superior to our original choice and the rest is history. Measuring and estimation process by Stuart was diligent and thoughtful from a cost and product perspective, ordering process was efficient and informative, fitting by Stuart was to an excellent standard, clean with minimal disruption despite re-carpeting all the 1st floor and loft. Very satisfied with the service, product, and fitting from this family run business. Highly recommended! We will be using Whitney?s again for any future flooring needs.
