Terrible customer service in this shop. I don’t know how it has managed to stay open all this time.

Came to have my phone prepared, and they were not keen to serve me because it was 5mins to closing. They took quite some persuading but glad they did as took time off work and cycled from Epping to get there. Popped into the store a couple months with a brief interest in getting a new phone. Left with a brand new iPhone 15 Pro within an hour. Great customer service - unfortunately don’t remember the lads name, but was helpful and sorted me out with a good deal compared to what I’ve seen online. Part exchanged the old one... read full comment
