Nails wasn?t bad- the girl doing them had an attitude problem- I asked her to just cut around my cuticle and she clearly had a problem with doing that, she was rough with my cuticles.
Also for £38 for infills i would have at least expected cuticle oil around my nails-after the service, she just went straight over to another customer- she needs to be sacked!!
The owner seems nice.
I won?t be going back though.
Some of These nail shops need to go on a course for customer service skills.

I was in the area and decided to give this place a go, boy did I regret it. £78 pounds down the drain, my toes are completely wonky. I?ve never had acrylic applied this bad in my life. My nails aren?t as bad but still could have been better filed. As I was having my nails done a lady came in and was complaining about her 4 day old manicure chipping and the response she received from the man doing my nails was horrendous!! I should have left at that very moment. Very bad service, won?t be seeing me again.

They?re so nice! & listened to what I wanted, BUT my nails are so thick. The color/design is a dream but why so thick?? literally every person that looks at my nails asks this too! How embarrassing ? & it?s ON my cuticle. I did have to ask her to make sure to get my edges. I?m going to give them one more try bc I do like their creative side but maybe the guy is better lol

Nails weren?t prepped properly which has led to them lifting after one week? In all the years I?ve had my nails done this has never happened. The girl was lovely but £45 for ombré acrylics to just lift is a joke.

This WAS my go to nail places for 2 years since I moved to Debden but I can say the quality keeps lowering every time I visit and now I will not go. My nails usually last around a month but the past few times I?ve had them done here, they last no longer than 2 weeks and for £30 gels you?d expect them to last for a month. Reading the other reviews about prices, its very true, they charge based on the customer not service. The lady next to me got the same service for £20, whereas I paid £30; seems a bit unorthodox, right?They don?t seem to understand that Loughton is full of nail shops and it?s very easy to lose customers.Another concern, is the time they spend on your nails- when I first started going here (2 years ago) they spent a good time prepping and cleaning the nail before starting but now your in and out in 30 mins with uneven and clumpy nails. My last set of nails looks like a 5 year old done them; all the nail lengths were different and all very clumpy. I did tell the lady that they were all uneven but she wasn?t really bothered.This place needs some form of management and quality control as if this continues they will go out of business.Ps, wish I could get my money back for these awful nails!

Ask for price list think prices are made up ,£30.00 for change if polish and take off???? Ask for price before treatment hence no tip given this time won't be returning

I just paid £38 for these and I don?t know how to feel. They were so bumpy the first time I had to ask the lady to redo them and they still came out like this. If you zoom into the picture you can see how chunky and and bumpy they are. It looks when your fingers stay in water for too long but on my nails.I usually I?m so happy when I get my nails done, but I just want to get these off my hands as my job is very hands on.I also asked for BYAB and they gave me gel?** 13 days in and the nail on my thumb had already snapped** it?s two weeks today and this is what they look like.

Would give 0 stars if I could.A close friend of mine wanted BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) on her natural nails to give them strength and promote healthy nail growth, instead, the SALON decided to do gel/shellac application, this will not hold the strength of long natural nails if they are frail or known to break easily. What?s the reason behind not doing as the customer asked?Less than 5 days after her appointment, her natural nails have broken, and the gel is lifting from the nail plate itself.Upon contacting the salon for a refund due to the lack of preparation causing the lifting on majority of the nails, the salons response was ?WE DON?T DO REFUNDS I DON?T CARE, DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH?? what a way to treat a paying customer!Disgusting service, and rude staff members!Service: Manicure

Attended this evening to get an infill, was the worst experience ever. The 2 men are so rude and ruined my nails, they were wonky and the paint was awful. They left me to leave like this (see photo). They are also SO SHARP.

There are two new guys in the shop that are so rude and ignorant! Such a shame as the ladies who have worked there before were lovely. I walked out of there today because of their rudeness and I won?t go back.

The men doing nails in the salon are bordering on rude and the quality of service is patchy. Prices are made up depending on how they feel. I requested builder gel and I got basic shellac but was charged for builder gel. Not a happy camper.

I have stopped going here because the lady that used to do my nails named Sally who was so lovely and did the best nail service I could find and who has left. I encountered the most rudest nail tech in there as I was only asking about beauty as I wanted to get my eyebrows done as well as ask to be booked in for nails afterwards but I had my eyebrows done instead by the kind beautician who had to apologise on that nail techs behalf. I changed my mind about having my nails done and will be going to the nails salon down the road from now on.I highly recommend the beauty services here for anyone that wants it but AVOID the man at the front at all cost. I will be telling everyone I know in Debden (as I work for the council) not to go here for nails just beauty!

Who is the rude, arrogant, nasty man that?s just started working now. I have used this nail bar since it opened. Since he?s been there, the atmosphere is horrible.He booked me in for the wrong time on the phone I had to tell him twice what time.
