The personal trainers at TQR show genuine interest in helping their clients achieve their goals. They have many years experience and the ability to choose the right training regime for the right person. The gym has all the equipment you could need to work all areas of the body and you are always made to feel welcome by all the trainers.

A very clean studio with professional trainers with years of experience.The thing I found most comfortable with the trainers at TQ is I?ve had years of injuries was apprehensive and a bit nervous but we sat down and worked out what my capabilities were.And now we train to my strengths and have overcome most my injuries now and feel stronger than ever. I have Toby and he is always professional during the sessions showing me the way and pointing me where my form is off generally when I am tired. And I always get a text the next morning asking how I felt with the session.A perfect space with all the equipment you could need an important part of my life, thanks you TQ

Toby Rowland is a leader in the fitness industry. Having had him as a PT for coming on to two years now, I can firmly say that deciding to enlist his help has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was never a stranger to working out, I've been training for many years and had been training for several years before I ever entrusted the help of Toby as my PT. However, like many guys who train, I had gotten too comfortable, my results had hit a plateu, nonetheless employing a PT clashed with my ego and so I carried on repetitively churning out the same routine week in week out and stagnating in my progress. I had become stocky, slow and bored. I then decided to give PT training a shot and after observing various trainers I chose Toby, the rest is history.Toby has improved my fitness, improved my overall athleticism and most importantly he has changed my body shape,.... For the better!!! From day one Toby talked about "changing body shape" or what is now more eloquently referred to as "bodysculpting". When Toby and the TQR team say they specialise in bodysculpting, it is not an empty cliché, they mean what they say. Through a strategic, focused and grueling regime, under the instruction of Toby I have seen a massive change in my body shape. I Have no qualms in rightfully adorning him the title of a bodysculpting specialist.What Toby has setup at TQR is a homage to fitness enthusiasts - if you are serious about training, want to get results, want to get in better shape (leaner, bigger, stronger) and have a good laugh whislt doing it then you need to join the movement, you need to join TQR!

Excellent body sculpting gym!Professional trainers with years of experience and knowledge coupled with a can do and positive attitude makes this one of the best personal training gyms.Exclusive and private with amazing one to one training or group training if you prefer. I used to train at one of the local big brand gyms, made the move here after 4 months and let forward in my gains!
