Very disappointed with my recent experience at Topps Tiles Loughton. I went into the store and told staff I would be coming back shortly to purchase products, yet I still ended up receiving a parking ticket while parked outside. Despite being a regular customer and making a purchase that same day, I was unfairly penalised.
It?s extremely frustrating that genuine customers are treated this way. I value the products, but this experience has really put me off shopping here again. The store should be doing more to protect loyal customers from issues like this.

A brilliant store with good tile and grout options. Lee was extremely patient and helpful, and took time to answer all of my questions and give me grouting tips. So grateful and I wouldn?t hesitate to use this store again.
