Went there today with my daughter, the place was nearly empty.
Dirty tables and the floor around them, full bins overflowing with empty coffee cups and other rubbish.
One person at the till and he wasn?t too happy about having to work today.
I ordered crème brulle brown sugar frappe and it looked and tasted nothing like one.
Will not be visiting again , Costa is just across the road ?

Young staff in there acting like idiots running around behind the counter, being very loud and sending other staff members over to our table as a prank interrupting important conversations to make him look like an idiot.

Don?t want to be rude because I?m a barista and know what it?s like, but I visited last week and ordered an oat matcha, i have a dairy allergy. The guy working was on his own and it was quite busy but I watched him with my drink and he used normal milk rather than dairy free (and in the same blender he?d made all the others in). Wouldn?t have minded so much as mistakes happen and he could just remake it but he told me he used the right milk and asked me to taste it ! (And I have an allergy). He did remake it in the end but just a note to managers to enforce the allergy policy !!
