I am a learning disability nurse and came to your store with a client today. The man greeting us and helping us was absolutely great with their understanding of any additional needs /reasonable adjustments. They were patient, let them take control and went above and beyond to provide good customer service. Credit given where credit due :)

Went to specsavers for my eye test and oct scan. While they were good at the time I asked them to fill out my DSE form and they filled it out incorrectly stating its for general use when I use it for computer work and driving! When I went to specsavers lakeside for my first eye test a few years ago they said it was for DSE use and driving! I also handed my glasses in for a reglaze following my prescription review and they didn?t give me my case back! Very disappointing for mouton specsavers!
