Wow! what a lovely fella. Jake at screwfix loughton could not have been more helpful as a sparky I use screwfix all the time but this time I was dealing with a large order for my plumber and was worried about getting the wrong items. Jake went through all the items checked everything and gave me reassurance. I couldn't have asked for better service and hope I get to deal with him again soon!! Legend!

Popped in to screw fix Loughton when passing through as opposed to my local Epping branch and was given fantastic advice on which flexi tails and fittings I needed for my basin thank you to the friendly team and Jake who was very helpful. Will definitely be using this branch again!
