The Loughton Schmidt team have been the shining light in our extension experience. They have been incredibly helpful from our first meeting (they were recommended by satisfied friends), through the design process, installation and after care. We were so happy we added a revamp to the utility space half way through the kitchen process! Will [designer, consultant, agony aunt, liaison with builder, aftercare] deserves a special thanks but the whole team have been great. Have recommended already, would use again an have even looked at their office and bedroom ranges.

It has been a very pleasant experience working with Schmidt Loughton from the day I booked appointment with them and until the completion of the kitchen .Will at Schmidt Loughton is extremely professional and thorough .I received a call straight after booking appoint with them , where he briefly asked about the project , our thoughts and what we would like to achieve which was further discussed in detail at our 1st appointment where he noted all the details what we wanted to achieve and then called us back a week later where he had made the initial designs . We took few appointments where we kept coming back with few changes in colour combination , replacing cabinets with drawers at few places. He had been very patient and helped us at every step advising what would suit best when I felt stuck with the designs and the final design was spot on .I felt the quotation was comparable to few other quotes that I had and the quality of Schmidt is way better . Will helps making changes to suit the budget and which I felt was very helpful .His entire team was amazing .Celia at Loughton branch had kept us posted with updates regarding fitting / delivery dates. She had been very prompt in arranging everything and getting back to us in regards to any queries that we had .Jim fitted our kitchen and he was amazing . The work done is finished to perfection .The quality of the kitchen is outstanding. The drawers , cabinets all are very well made and sturdy .The aftercare had been excellent. Our led lights weren?t working . The were replaced and Will had sent his team back to fit those for us . George had come in to sort out the lighting.Overall , I am very glad that I had chosen Schmidt Loughton for our kitchen project. It is a big kitchen which had been finished to perfection by the wonderful team at Schmidt Loughton and I would highly recommend them . Thanks very much to the whole team.

Will was a delight to deal with. He helped us get our dream kitchen in our price range.George did a great job with the fitting the kitchen units, he leased with our plumber and electrician we didn?t have to stress about anything.We are very delighted with our new kitchen and highly recommend Schmidt Kitchens Loughton for anyone who is looking for high quality kitchen.Pictures attached.

We have received excellent service from Schmidt Loughton. We had a kitchen and living room designed and fitted some years ago. Recently there was an issue with LED lighting. They came and resolved the issue, were very helpful and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble: everything resolved very quickly - excellent post sales service.

Will and the team completely redesigned my Kitchen last year. Will was a delight to deal with, nothing was ever a problem and he would always keep me updated on timelines. George did a great job with the fitting and similarly Frank with the plumbing. Love these guys!

One of the best experiences in getting renovation done. William was so patient and gave very good advice and followed up on every query.The kitchen arrived on time and the fitters were very efficient and finished to a high standard. From the very first consultation through to installation and beyond, we have had the best possible experience working with Schmidt Loughton. Our designer, William Crew, interpreted our wish list for a kitchen brilliantly and after a few consultations where suggestions were made, the final design was spot on. His communication throughout the process was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout. The installation team was polite, skilled and helpful. Even though we can honestly report that there have been no issues with the kitchen or installation, William continues to check back regularly to ensure everything is to our satisfaction. We absolutely love the design of our new kitchen, the quality is top notch, and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Schmidt Loughton.

Very happy with the experience and product with Schmidt Kitchens. Project took a little longer than planned but the products are first class and the guys employed by the company to do the fitting, electrics etc were excellent.

I can not praise this company enough. I walked into the showroom to be greeted by William who dealt with us from start to finish. Before it was all agreed and put into place it was shown to us virtually, it was amazing. He advised and designed my whole kitchen and kept us in the loop right the way through even visiting on site while being fitted by a professional and outstanding fitter. If I could of give them 10 stars I would have.Thank you William
