Excellent service from two members staff who were, professional, knowledgeable and provided realistic advice.Initial visit and assessment lasted almost 3 hrs after which I received regular updates by phone/email.First ever experience with a Pawnbrokers and totally worthy of 5 stars.

Wanted to sell some old gold jewellery. Really friendly helpful staff and once the checks were completed on the gold I had the money in my bank account within the hour. Very happy.

I came to Loughton shop to find out what they would offer me on some stuff I had. All the staff in the shop was lovely and very helpful and I must say they were very knowledge on what they knew.I would like to say a special thanks to a staff member Sharna who had a look at my stuff she was very knowledgeable and helpful.I Recommend Prestige Pawnbrokers in Loughton as the staff seemed to be genuine and honest. I was please I made the journey.

Upon visiting this shop for the first time, I can say that the member of staff I spoke with was both attentive and informative. Getting my items priced was an easy and friendly experience. If you are in the area or near by I would definitely recommend popping in!

Took a number of items to the store for pricing, came back with 150 for a vintage Cartier watch which recently had the battery and the strap replaced (costing more than what was offered) I was also offered 40 each for 2 diamond and sapphire earrings. Safe to say I went to the store to pick up my items. When collecting, I handed my receipt over the sales person to handed me back the bags only and said, that should be all thank you? they still had my watch and the earrings!! Total waste of time and if you do go make sure you get all your items back!!! Very convenient forgetting some items. I can only presume if I had forgotten and left (I wasn?t passed back the receipt) so I would have had no proof!! Very dodgy experience!

Recommended. Very professional and friendly staff. A wide range of designers products to choose from and you buy with 100% confidence as all the products are authenticated and certified .I recently bought a lovely LV bag for my wife and I will definitely use Prestige if I need a gift or to sell something. They are offering a good price for your products so I encourage all customers to use Prestige as a selling platform. The payment process is straightforward after authentication of your products.

We used prestige as my wife found a ring she liked on their website, i contacted the Loughton branch as it was the nearest to us being in Essex to arrange for it to be viewed.We mainly dealt with Amy who was lovely and visited the store when the ring arrived there for my wife to try on, she loved it.We also sold some unwanted jewellery as well and everything went perfectly.All in all highly recommended friendly professional service and will definitely use again, thank you.Tony & Julie

Had my personal luxury collection of antique designer handbags looked at for sale all from auctions. Disappointing services to say the least.The staff were polite but also very questionable, argumentative on the good condition of my collection. Furthermore, an extortionate postage charge for return of my items.
