Service awful even though the place was about 1/3 full. Given the colouring crayons for the children: one out of the whole set had any crayon left in them. Half the child?s menu missing, asked for some time to reconsider, no one came for 10mins. Walked out.

Ordered pizza and pudding (x2)
It was supposed to be 25-35 minutes but took 1 hour 20 minutes when I received 2 cold pizzas and 2 puddings?..1 of the puddings was wrong ?????

Ordered Takeaway, requested a change over the phone and the guy helping sorted straight away no issue. He then later called to let us know they didn?t have the desert I selected to which I asked for an alternative which I was happy with. Once I received they had given me an extra brownie to make up for the change of desert. Great friendly service.

Always loved this place but tonight was a big let down dirty cutlery and cracked glass, wrong drink arrived, pizza was over cooked and had hardly any toppings on it, honey dough balls with no honey ? but the lady serving us was very nice.

Excellent food but the service was awful today. The payment system was down and I was kept waiting to leave despite telling staff I needed to get to an appointment. 'Well what do you expect me to do?' the front-of-house guy told me.
So I'm expected to sit there all afternoon and miss work meetings, potentially losing my income, because Pizza Express hasn't worked out how I can pay. Cheers! Shouldn't there be a contingency plan?
This was the same guy who told me to use the app then told me to wait a minute when I said it wasn't working. He did nothing to help so I got no points/use of rewards. I ended up leaving my 16-year old son there while I got cash out for the guy to tott up my bill manually but this was only after I complained loudly for the third time. There's a big training need here if any Pizza Express managers are reading. Please sort it out 'cos the food is actually too good for this shambles!

Today, I waited for about half an hour to order at the Pizza Express branch where I went with my deceased children. After placing my order, the wrong product arrived and I waited again for it to be changed. When I got up and went to the cash register, I was able to pay after waiting for 5 minutes with the cold, rude employee who did not even look at me. When I wanted to package the remaining products, I threw the empty pizza box in front of me and packaged it myself. I had to pay for the dough balls plate even though I didn't order it. You should teach your employees to be more polite and friendly towards customers. A place I will never go to again and will not recommend.
