Another review for the staff's customer service and the shops parcel services - both dreadful. Don't offer the services if you don't want to do them and don't be rude to people who may want to ask questions.

Don’t bother trying to use this shop to send parcels, every time there’s a problem (machine broken, staff don’t know how to do it)
