On Tuesday I went to the Nationwide Building Society, Loughton High Street and I was assisted by a very professional and helpful gentleman by the name of 'Mahesh' who delt with my query efficiently. Mahesh has assisted me on two previous occasions and each time shown attention to detail and been very helpful.

We made a special trip, with my elderly mother in law, on Tuesday 14th November. It was 10.30 am, branch was supposed to be open, as advertised on line. The branch was closed, there was no notice on the door to indicate why the branch was closed

Very impressed with very helpful staff at this branch.Dealing with my mother?s estate post death and have had a very good experience with a member of staff who has assisted me and has already called me back on two occasions to keep me up to date. Wish the banks knew how to handle these matters!
