Today I had an horrible experience with the manager, Harley. Please, fire him. The place was good and i quite liked the food but this experience made me change my mind and i would not find it pleasant to meet him again.

Unfortunately everytime be go there it seems to go downhill.
Food is hit or miss...usually miss.
When ordering usually have to ask for our glasses as our food arrives.
Food usually not piping hot, rice tastes like they've been reheated/sat under the heat lamp.
Chips usually come warm.
My usual spot is Enfield and it's a night and day difference with the piping hot and good tasting Food to staff manner. Don't get me wrong staff at this store are not rude, but can see the difference in mannerism and how everything runs.

Ordered a family meal via delivery which was (1) missing two items (coleslaw and drizzle) and (2) the humous was old/dated which was dry with visual brown parts and did not taste good at all. Complained via their website and told I was being refunded £4.50 for the coleslaw - shocking! I've been a regular there for many years (2 or 3 times a month) and certainly will not be going back, nor will I ever recommend Nandos. They have no idea how to put right mistakes for regular clients.

Had a lovely meal at Nando?s! Food was absolutely outstanding! Although we did get a full refund for our meal. Due to a computer error that did not put a meal through . Waited for almost an hour for. But with that being said the manager took his job seriously and allowed us to continue with our meal being priorities and a full refund. All staff including the manager were polite. Will definitely come again! Thank you so much

This visit was a nightmare.. me and my partner both ordered chicken butterfly, we were told they had only one piece left.
So we ordered a quater chicken instead.
The food came and was luke warm at best.. the chicken was dry and somehow pink at the same time.
The service was terrible, the female who served us was rude and basically dropped the plates on the table.
To top off our worst nandos visit ever we have Woken up this morning and we are both violently ill with suspected food poisoning.
Probably give this a nandos a swerve ??

had a bit of trouble with my payment at Nando?s Loughton the system seemed to throw my order out and I wasn?t entirely sure what happened, confusing butthe staff were incredibly patient attentive, and understanding throughout. They were so nice and went above and beyond to help me sort it out. really lovely team definitely recommend this location for their excellent service x

Absolutely filthy dirty. Floors are terribly dirty, they haven?t been properly cleaned in years. How is this resturant still open. Windows have not been cleaned, neither the tables. I had booked a table and had to walk out. I will not eat in filth !

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Nando's Loughton. The prices are outrageous, with a bill of £72.80 for two people. What's even more shocking is that the meal portions were tiny and not enough for one person, let alone two.
For a company like Nando's to charge such high prices without providing adequate food portions is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I was disappointed with my recent visit to Nando's Loughton. The service was poor, with our waiter being rude and taking our belongings from the table without permission.
The food portions were also inadequate. We ordered a meal for two, but the chicken was small and the portion size was not enough for one person, let alone two. We had to order an additional meal, which was inconvenient and added to our bill.
The small chicken portions reminded me of a kid's meal, which was not what I expected from a popular restaurant chain.
I hope Nando's will take my feedback into consideration and make improvements to their service and food portions."

For some add reason, this particular restaurant never sends sauces with the order. Delivery is quick and food is obviously good but the lack is sauce and/or having to remember to personally try and get in touch with the restaurant (which is very difficult) to reminded them to do what?s required is so stupid. What?s the point of Nando?s if I?m not getting the main product!

Honestly i am very surprised how is this branch still open, cleanliness does not exist. Floor is always messy with food bits and tissues, tables sticky and dirty, staff walks around as if there isn't much to do, food does not look fresh, my coleslow had yellow coating as if it was sat in room temperature for hours, kids meal portions are ridiculous....My daughter refused to eat her meal because she said chicken was chewy...and that chicken did not look fresh either...Honestly i always choose to go to the Harlow branch rather then my local one...
