Would just like to how amazing the service was from the guy who served us..
Had no idea about any wines.
Gentleman named Paul served us went well above and beyond to help and explain about red wine.
Also offered us to go back and give us a run down on wines..
I don't drink wine bought some for a friend. But I now will be drinking red wine...

The chaps at Majestic Loughton are all very good, knowledgeable and happy to help. The wine tasting event yesterday evening was simply excellent. We hope and are sure that they did well from the sales on the evening so that we can look forward to more events.

Absolutely lovely store!! Martin, Alex, Paul, Pete & Jenni are all wonderful, hardworking, friendly knowledgeable and above all helpful! Store has always got stock and is very clean and tidy. They have cones out to stop others parking in their allocated parking bags which makes us as customers feel special and valued. I will definitely be going back to Loughton majestics.

Took quite a long time to deliver my order (it was the week before Christmas so expected a bit longer) but were very apologetic and threw in a nice bottle as a gesture of goodwill even though it was still within the delivery date.

Ordered for Collection, and the shops locked, it says press bell no one answers, so i went the following day at 1pm and the same situation, i called the shop, got through the first time, asked if they are open as i have an order for collection, they hung up the phone, then failed to answer the second time i called. It seems like the staff are hiding and nicking a wage

I?ve moved from Wanstead 3 months ago where I was a regular customer at the local majestic as the service and staff are amazing, my first visit to Loughton majestic the door was locked with 2x staff, 1x serving a customer and 1x looking at me but not at the slightest interested to let me in and decided to go to the back, on this occasion o did not say anything and just bought my box of wine, 2nd time again the door was locked with one staff, when he let me in I asked what the situation was, as customer I feel like some sort of a criminal. I?ve just been and again the door was locked with a note, will be back 14:10.What is wrong with employing more staff.

Went in to purchase a few bottles of wine for Christmas, ladies were helpful. However, Ben was actually very unpleasant & was maybe having a bad day which showed in his attitude towards me.

Shut the shop early and just ignore customers. Staff are obviously hiding out the back as they don't appear even when you ring the bell to answer l.
