What a great experiance from start to finish i had with Rob and the Team, Once i see the car i wanted (this being on a newly submittied add without any info) Rob contacted me and made whole experiance very personal and went to huge lenghs to take me through every detail of the car as i wasnt able to get to there sales office he sent me personalized detailed videos and all the questions i asked was answered very promptly, i felt very much at ease and the whole expericince was an absoulte pleasure all the way to point of meeting the team and collecting the car, i would highly reccomend loughton motor companythanks

Bought a car from them out of desperation as I was moving house and mine had been written off. I overpaid to the extent that 8 months later when I came to resell the car, I couldn't even get scrap for it. I knew it was overpriced but not by that much.Also I had a serious problem with it chucking out black smoke and not being able to drive uphill. As it was still under warranty, Rob sent it to his garage in Waltham Abbey. When I got it back, he acted like he'd done me a big favour by not charging me!If you know anything about cars you might not get ripped off, but if you don't, stay away.Now I will respond to some of Rob's points.1. I went to him to buy the car because it was the only place I could get to on foot. Not because of his 'competitive pricing'.2. The car was sold 8 months later, I barely managed to get £500 for it after paying £1800. Yes, I know I'm a mug but I needed a car.Rob reckons he would've got a better price if I'd resold with him. Of course he would, by ripping somebody else off with the same car.3. The split manifold must have already been present when I bought the car as it happened straight away. I wanted to know what the issue was as I believe the car to have been dangerous at that point. The garage wouldn't tell me as 'Rob was the customer, not me'. I eventually got the paperwork by making a nuisance of myself.4. He didn't pick up the car and deliver it back. He took it to and from the showroom. How would I get to and from Waltham Abbey without a car? I obviously couldn't take it locally as it had to be done by his own firm.Most of the 5-star reviews are from customers he has sold cars for, not who have bought his cars.Dishonest, sneaky and rude. Every word of this review is 100% true.

Best Car Salesman.Quick and swift transaction.Vehicle was valeted, Serviced and MOT'd upon request.Brought a mercedes c class c250 and clean and well maintained example of a car. Price was negotiable, also a kind gesture from Max even after till staying late (7pm) was he offered to pay for dinner and fill up the gas tank as Inhad a long drive back.Much appreciated and would definitely recommend.
