I would like to give a huge 5 star review to the lovely female member of staff who helped me this morning when I had forgotten my purse. Her gesture, allowing me to take a hot chocolate, went over & beyond and was the nicest thing to do as I felt so sick this morning. No other words than excellent customer service! I will, of course, be back to pay later!!

Airy and relaxing and happy to sit on my own without feeling awkward . The staff is happy to serve.
Parking: Pay to park in The Drive or a long street
Wheelchair accessibility: If a pram gets in so could a wheelchair. Could make space by the window so not needing to block the queue to pay

Thank you Fabrizia for making my coconut milk latte just the way I like it. We always like to spend an hour or so at Costa Coffee on Loughton High St over the weekends if we are in the area doing our regular classes. Lovely shop, lovely staff and even nicer if you can snag a seat by the window in the sunshine.

Staff are great here and always make me feel welcome and remember my order. They always remember to add the eco beans to my account when I bring reuseable cups too!

I ordered 2 caramel Frappuccino?s and with coffee for me and my boyfriend. I even said with coffee even though the staff member never asked. I was then given strawberry Frappuccino?s and no coffee. My boyfriend is allergic to strawberry and proceeded to panic so I said let me go ask for new ones. When they gave me my order they even shouted out ?2 caramel frappes?. I took my order back and said that ?I cannot taste coffee and they both taste like strawberry.? They said ?there is no strawberry?s just caramel.? I said ?I know that?s what I ordered but I can taste strawberry so maybe the machine wasn?t cleaned out properly but I am not sure? At this point they proceeded to interrupt me and tell me to take it anyways. I then said ?no can I please have a new one.? They then said to me ?you should?ve ordered with coffee? I then said ?I did? they said ?I didn?t? and ?I said you never asked me anyways so I made sure that I said I wanted coffee.? I asked for cream in both, and both cups are half way filled with cream. What didn?t help was there was people waiting at the till to be served and no one was there to serve them. In the photo I have given. The rest of what is in my cup is cream.

Can?t really judge this on ceiling fallen in due to leak and so we couldn?t take a leak! still very pleasant staff!

Called in for a specialist coffee and was served by a friendly and highly efficient guy named Peter.Nothing was too much trouble for this splendid gentleman.I wasn't in the store long, but left with the most brilliantly tasting coffee...excellent.Without doubt if all the staff can make coffee as well as Peter, then Costa in Loughton will be my go too coffee shop.Excellent work Peter.
