Possibly the worst service at any card shop I've ever been to, the woman was super rude when I asked a innocent question. She wasn't even at the till.

I prefer this store to all the other local branches. They are really friendly and always give great service, nothing seems to be a problem for them. Got my granddaughter some balloons for her birthday on boxing day and they're still up!!

Got attacked by an old lady on the High Street, which resulted to a police investigation. The lady went and hid in Card Factory, and was assisted by staff to exit through the store's Fire Exit.We're still looking for the woman, and it doesn't help that Card Factory doesn't have CCTV inside their stores either. ?No bueno for me. ??

Fantastic staff. Although times on here are wrong. They close at 5.30pm Monday-Saturday and 4pm on a Sunday.
