Lovely shop ,really friendly staff, I needed help for a certain card and they was able to lead me directly to what I asked for.

Possibly the worst service at any card shop I've ever been to, the woman was super rude when I asked a innocent question. She wasn't even at the till.

I prefer this store to all the other local branches. They are really friendly and always give great service, nothing seems to be a problem for them. Got my granddaughter some balloons for her birthday on boxing day and they're still up!!
