Nice quiet space and a good variety of pastries, toasties abd great variety of hot drinks, frappes, iced lattes, smoothies. I ordered the pistachio and salted caramel frappe with whipped cream on top. It was sweet enough for me so asked for a bit more syrup and they did. Very nice.

The woman who works there (presumably duty manager) needs to be properly trained. She's rude, abrupt and unfit to deal with customers. She does not greet on arrival, unnecessarily complicate things and is unwilling to deal with complaints.

I love Nero coffee, however, my takeaway coffees have been consistently shocking with regards to how much is actually in the cup. Is it normal for a regular cappuccino to be half full? This has happened the last 4/5 times I?ve taken coffee away from here.

Great food, service and love that its dog friendly. Just find with most Cafe Neros that they look a little tired and dated. This one was no exception.

Just had coffee with my son in law and grandsons. Service was a little slow but the drink was fine.
