Nigel and the team are fabtastic at the Loughton opticians. Yes they are there to sell eye health packages and glasses but they really do care. I had an issue and Nigel was so caring and gentle with his information and let me decide everything so easily and without pressure. They're so friendly and easy to talk to, i would never change!

The young man at reception was friendly and professional, as was the optician. I have movement restrictions following surgery and the optician was patient, explaining things well and providing reassurance. Myself and friend were able to look through the frames with no pressure to buy, but the young man and another young lady were on hand to answer our technical questions. All together a relaxed and enjoyable experience from a very professional team.

Misleading! Free eye test wasn?t free! £29 on top of that they try to blackmail you not giving you the popularity distance so you have to order only from them and of course rip off prices in the hundreds! This practice is not acceptable especially when you paid for your eye test!
