I love popping in here when I come to visit my Dad who lives in Leigh.There are so many different wonders to find and at good prices too.I love it when I see something that I want to by.I deffo recommend popping in.

Going to Costa instead of my usual (which was really busy) was a big mistake. This is the worst coffee I've ever had. Takeaway decaf latte made with oat milk - when I opened the cup it was just a flat white, the oat milk was sweetened and tasted rank, no froth or foam whatsoever. Would have returned it but had walked all the way to the park to drink it. Took 2 sips and threw it away :( Very disappointing. Will never return - I will stick to the much nicer independent cafes in future.

Incredibly rude young girl, blonde hair. My partner and I came in for a takeaway coffee both wearing face masks because that?s what we are comfortable with. To be greeted by a very very rude young lady who rather than asks you to repeat yourself because sorry I can?t hear you. She mutters to her colleague I can?t hear them because they have a mask on. I?m not a quiet person in any sense of the word. Utterly disrespectful and rude. She wasn?t wearing a face mask whilst making coffee and serving food. It?s such a shame, we left feeling quite upset and angry. I?m sure it?s just a weekend job to them but surely they need to be spoken to and given some customer service skills. We won?t be back- Leigh on sea have some beautiful places, we will go to those. Do better Costa!

Fed up, nothing to do, wonder around the factory shop, always find something to buy even if you don't want it , sometimes. You might get lucky and you do.

I go to lots of Costa coffee lots but this has to be the worst place I have been to. The management need to take control of the girls that work there and send them onto a customer service course before they run the business into the ground

Blonde haired and red haired girl are so rude it?s hard to believe they have a job anywhere let alone dealing with the public. Costa Leigh on sea used to be lovely and welcoming now it sits empty with unprofessional, rude children running it.
