Worst ''charity shop'' i have ever seen and been to staff ate rude and shouted at me for having a drink in my bag then there was a non branded coat for 85 pounds.do not recommend

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Have never experienced such rudeness in a shop, let alone a CHARITY shop. If the prices weren't bad enough, me and my child got told to leave because she had a water-based drink. The stereotypical 'Karen' character was the rudest member of staff I've ever met. You seriously need to re-evaluate your priorities, and stop making paying customers decide to take their custom elsewhere!

This used to be my favourite charity shop, clean, organised and good quality clothes. But the prices have become absolutely insane, I saw a coat for £95 in here (non designer) that probably should have been at most £20. All the clothes are basically triple the price you would expect. I get theres a cost of living crisis but they are not priced with thought at all.Edit - a month on the coat still hasnt sold so if this was the right price im sure someone would have snapped it up. Im all for charities making profit but thats not going to happen if prices are so ridiculous things dont sell

Very disappointed with the experience me & my Dad had in this charity shop. I was followed around by an older lady like I was going to still something and when I looked at her and smiled she gave me a look that Medusa would be proud of. Rude is an understatement. Will never step foot in this shop again. Just like to add that I was wearing clothes and jewellery worth in a region of £4000 I?m not bragging but I hardly looked desperate to steal something for a fiver! Maybe some people skills are in order for your staff.

Ladies in the shop made me feel welcome and loved looking around the shop. Lots of new designer clothes ? Had a lovely experience today store manager Jo was very helpful will be returned back.

There is an older man that works in the shop- that treats his customers like criminals- following them around as if they might steal something. He clearly did this because we were not white! If you dont wish to have a racist experience at this store- please AVOID!!!

Large shop, clean goods. The old shop has been transformed to this trendy re:loved shop. Less bric a brac and less books and music. More geared towards fashion.
