Not sure why they decided to refit the shop, it does not look like a charity shop anymore, no interesting books or bric a brac just a lot of overpriced high street brands. Disappointing.

Bought a Christmas party dress. No changing room so they said I could bring it back. But no, wrong part of the recept, then no over 28 days. Can I just exchange for something else then? No!Tis the season to be jobby tra la la la la la la la la

Some lovely pieces however they are incredibly overpriced for what they were. It's such a shame.I think it's important to support local charities and this is an independent local charity. However when they charge extortionate prices it is not viable. There is now the option to buy the same items for cheaper prices from vinted and get them delivered.

Boutique like feel, great prices and supports great cause. Money raised goes to Homeless Action Charity Project aiming to end homelessness in Southend, providing it's clients with help with wide range of issues, ranging from mental health issues to substance abuse issues and all in between, aiming to support them on their journey to independent living.

Recently visited this shop as part of a day exploring charity shops in Leigh and the guy behind the register (unfortunately didn?t get his name) was just rude from start to finish and should not be working in a charity environment with that kind of attitude. Such a shame as was such a lovely little shop but has completely put me off going in there.
