After a recent bereavement I needed to send some flowers to relatives, as we live out of the area I Googled local florist. I?m so glad I chose belle rose as they were fantastic, helpful and fast. Even with an address mix up from my end the delivery was made with out any fuss. Can?t thank the staff enough. Would highly recommend to use them.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery on my wife?s Christmas Eve birthday for £50, but the quality was very poor. Very few blooms, a chrysanthemum stem was broken below the flower and roses were drooping after three days. I could have bought a much better bouquet at Tesco?s for £15! Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Overall disappointing experience with a dried bouquet.First of all the amount of flowers you get for £50 is a rip off and the worst thing is they didn't keep to the brief I have showed which was a picture. Only reason I took the flowers in the end was because it was too late to go elsewhere... meh

Expanded shop review:I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this flower shop. According to Google, the shop was supposed to be open on Sunday from 10:00, so I made the effort to drive all the way from Southend to buy some flowers. When I arrived, however, I found that the shop was closed and I wasted my time and money on the journey.I understand that things can change unexpectedly, but it's frustrating to see that the shop didn't bother to update its working hours on Google or any other platform. It's such a small thing to do, but it would save customers like me a lot of hassle.Overall, I can't recommend this flower shop to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and customer service is simply unacceptable.

Over the last couple of months we have purchased 2 large bouquets of flowers for delivery. They arrived timely and were absolutely gorgeous. Flowers lasted well past the time I would have expected them to. So we are very pleased and will definitely be using them again.

Super beautiful flower shop and very lovely and polite lady working inside. The cute place to buy a flower as a gift or for yourselves. You can find flower arrangements as well as potted plants in this shop.

Absolute perfection!!!Hand tied bouquet as requested - For my Mother's 87th birthday...Promptly delivered same day...Amazing scent...No Lillies as requested (Mum doesn't like their scent and they remind her of funerals!)Lovely people too... Strongly recommended!!!

Many thanks for the beautiful bouquet you made for my mum's 90th birthday. I live in France and it was all organised over the phone. My mum was absolutely thrilled and having seen the bouquet myself by Skype it was exactly as I imagined! So much better value for money than past years when I went through Interflora. I too would love to receive the same!
