DO NOT USE THIS SPA !
Went to the spa with my daughters as a treat for a birthday. Had an enjoyable day until it was time to leave and found all three of our dresses had been stolen. Staff seemed unconcerned and informed us the manager was on annual leave and would call us in the morning .
They gave us a dressing gown to put on over our wet swimming costumes. The manager never called me in the morning and for 2 days I left endless messages. At the end of 2nd day I was so angry and in disbelief how I had been just disregarded that I left a message with receptionist that if the manager did not call me first thing tomorrow that I was going to call the police and report the theft.
The next day she eventually called at midday and was very blasé about it. She said it had never happened before and it was definitely not her staff and if they did turn up she would call but she doubted it. She never said I?m sorry this has happened just wasn?t bothered.
If you value your possessions DO NOT USE THIS SPA.

My partner has a bunch of severe food allergies and they were very accommodating of this ,the waiters and the chefs were amazing at making sure he still had a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing ,the taste and the portion sizes . We ended up with smiles on our faces and our bellies full.

Emailed customer services about our experience with no running water in our room for the duration of our stay a couple of times now and received no correspondence at all! We were unable to shower, flush the toilet or brush our teeth for what was supposed to be for our wedding anniversary over night indulgence package for the handsome sum of £465. Very disappointed, very awkward and very uncomfortable.

Fantastic spa break, facilities and restaurant were lovely. I have been to Eastwell Manor and Rowhill Grange. They are both run down and looking shabby. Greenwoods is far better value.

the highlight of our luxurious spa day at greenwoods was the magnificent vegan friendly afternoon tea. The most delicious and inspired afternoon tea I have been served so far.

Wow, we attended Joe Bananas Halloween party hosted at Greenwood?s Hotel & Spa. We had a fantastic afternoon, not only filled with amazing entertainment from Joe Banana but also clean and tidy venue that definitely impresses. Staff were all tentative and friendly. Greenwood?s is a lovely venue and it was great to see our favourite children?s entertainer utilising such a lovely space. Hope to attend many other Joe Banana events at Greenwood?s! As for the entertainment, as always world class best entertainer we have ever seen, not only the for the kids but adults to. Would 100% recommend anyone to visit a JB show or better still book him for your parties. Thanks Joe and Greenwood?s for another fantastic event.

Delicious food as always here at Ellie?s. The restaurant is always comfortable and with beautiful surroundings but at the moment with the Christmas Decorations it looks absolutely magical. Service was great, very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend dining here.

We had a fantastic lunch as part of our spa day at Greenwoods. Excellent service and quality food. The wine list is very extensive too.

I attended with a friend and had a mixed experience. It wasn?t a good start with two rolls on one plate placed in front of us without any explanation. As I am Gluten intolerant I had notified the restaurant on the booking. The rolls did NOT look gluten free and I was about to question it when I noted staff mentioning it to the waiter. They swiftly took it away and returned two rolls again ( one gluten free) on the same plate! Thankfully I?m Not celiac as cross contamination issues there straight away! The starter was tweaked and was nice but mains came with over cooked pork and chips that were actually burnt on the sides. Shocking for any restaurant let alone one that boasts of awards. It was lunch with a friend so I didn?t complain and hope the restaurant takes this as intended which is constructive feedback ?think allergy the minute the guest enters the restaurant, it?s standard in Majority to check before taking orders and certainly to be aware shared plates with gluten and non gluten is a big no! And a big no to burnt chips.

We went to 'Greek Night' on the 24th February, and I paid to take my Mum, Nan and Sister and it was nothing short of awful. Considering this is meant to be a prestigious venue, and 4 stars I would be mortified if I had a wedding or event here. Staff were incredibly rude to the 3 parties that made up the table we were on, and rude to my elderly Nan and myself. I contacted them directly to complain to which they took next to no accountability. I think they were happy to take your money, as it had to be paid for a month in advance, but assumed if you were under the influence of alcohol (which we were not) that they could speak to you however they like, and not have to do their job. They wouldn't clear our table after more than one of us asking. They served dried and crusty food, luke warm mains at best and we didn't even receive our dessert despite requesting to take it home. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who would consider going for an event, let alone paying thousands to host your wedding there. I think it is one thing to be rude to someone who's paying for your service, but it is just completely disrespectful to be rude to the elderly. ( She only wanted her dinner warmed up!)
