“Whilst in Hockley today having a mammogram I was desperately seeking a replacement Tee2 Blood Glucose monitor for a sick friend. I asked in the Elmswood Pharmacy and the lovely lady in there suggested I try the Jones Family Practce as she knew that they had that exact model. I went in and explained that neither I nor my friend were registered with them but that I desperately needed a replacement monitor and would they be able to help me out. The wonderful receptionist took the time to check and asked me to take a seat whilst she located one. She then presented me with a complete, new kit and wished my friend a speedy recovery. Neither of these women can know just how much this act of kindness meant to me or to my friend who is currently recuperating after chemo. A massive thank you to two truly amazing ladies❤️”
