Went to get my lunch.
Asked before ordering if they had the meal deal £4.99 for pizza and drink like they have on the app.
Was told yes.
When pizza was ready, only gave me the pizza and said that drink was not included, that the deal was online only, which is not true. ( Was serviced by a manager by the looks of it.)
Terrible service.

I would just like to highlight the value of a member of your staff..?BARRY?. I attended the store today in Hockley on my way to work wearing my work uniform (paramedic) and a member of staff ?BARRY? insisted on paying for my pizzas, as a thank you for my service.
This kind gesture touched me and really made my day?. and it will not be forgotten.
What a wonder kind person you are THANK YOU BARRY?

This must be the worst service of any domino. When you go to collect you never get acknowledged when you go in, just a hi or a smile but ideally they?d ask if they can help. I just went in to pick up, on the tv screen it said it was ready, I could see the pizza on the shelf but the two staff were too busy chatting to each other to get it. In fact, they totally ignored me and I had to ask for my pizza. Appalling service. Staff need training.

Order fairly regularly and know it will be reliable. Food is always as ordered, hot and on time. Also, very polite and respectful delivery staff. When ordering to collect, pizzas are always ready on time as stated on the tracker. No complaints at all ?
