A great place to stop for a casual coffee or full on lunch. Used by our cycling club as a coffee stop both in summer and winter.

Came here for a family lunch, the staff were very nice and respectful as we had one family member running late. Their patience was brilliant and they made sure we were well hydrated. The food came in good time after ordering and was delicious and as I?m not a chip person I have to say the chips were exceptional! Will definitely be making a return visit.

Came to attend the pony event and we stayed after to enjoy a meal.
The quality and presentation of my brie and cranberry sandwiches, with side salad and chips was first class. Not only that, but the bread used was wonderful and the chips were the best I've had anywhere and I'm not an avid eater of those but in this case, I'd have two pots not one! Very generous servings too.
Service from the young lasses was excellent. Great view of the arena .
Definitely further visits are in order.

It was a big event and the staff was working very hard and kept the waiting time down and delivered with a smile. Great food and great service.

Made a reservation over the phone for table of 5. Arrived and stood at the door for 10 minutes ignored by at least 3 staff walking past. Eventually the lady behind the bar had to give one of the team a nudge to seat us! Ultra slow service even for drinks to arrive! Had to chase where the food was which finally arrived after 1hr! Food ok but sadly overshadowed by the abysmal customer service.

Visited Ashfields Country Kitchen on a Saturday at 1pm and there were only 2 inside tables free, they recommend booking to ensure a table.
There are lots of seating outside pending nice weather.
There is a full menu, see pictures.
The staff were very friendly and professional, chatty but all our food and drinks arrived in a timely manner.
It is on the site of the Polo Club so we saw horse and carriages just passing by.
Will visit again and would recommend.
