Really excellent service from the two gentlemen working today (13 July). Rapid tyre check, which is all that I had booked, confirmed that I needed a replacement. They had the tyre in stock and changed it immediately. Super efficient, super polite and very helpful. Thank you!

Really pleased with my experience, being a busy mum I completely forgot I was due an MOT by Saturday. I called the Maldon branch on Tuesday morning, and was booked in 4pm the same day. Amazing first class service. I dropped the car off 15 minutes early, and 45 minutes later had a call to say my car was ready to collect. Thanks so much.

Absolutely outstanding service. I booked my car MOT. Upon arrival I was seen quickly to hand over my car Key. As soon as my car Key was taken the vehicle was seen instantly. Carried out the MOT testing. The MOT didn't take long due to the fact the vehicle i had no issues and it's looked after properly. The MOT took just half an hour. Told me the MOT was perfect with no advisory. I was very happy and will be back. The only thing that could improve is the quality of the seats as they were torn.

Every time I try and call the phone just rings and rings without answer. Pretty hopeless service. Finally got the phone answered to be told at 8.35am Monday they can't book me in for a puncture repair until Thursday! Nothing quick about Kwik Fit!

Wasn?t impressed with the service, went to have van tyres fitted to be told that I shouldn?t have been there, as they dont do van tyres. Ridiculous as they had them done in 15 minutes? If they dont do van tyres why can it be booked online?
I wont be back, think ill go back to ProTyre as they never grumble.
