Over the years I seem to have always been served at the Post Office in Steeple Bumpstead by just one person who is a fountain of knowledge on all related matters. Always has the answer and never misses a beat despite my usual total ignorance on things.Remaining at all times polite, courteous, considerate, understanding etc and don't get me started on her multitasking skills. At Haverhill Post Office they seem to have an army of back office people doing what she covers on her own. Yep committed fan. Hope she's still there when I next pop in. Mike

Convenient post office based in the local supermarket and petrol station. Plenty of parking for customers and staff know what they are doing. Never had any problems here. Sometimes easier to use than the main branch in Haverhill, depending on time of day.
