I spoke with someone named Ricky over the phone today who was incredibly helpful. He went the extra mile to sort out our bookings and really saved us from what would otherwise have been a really stressful situation. I'm truly grateful and write this as he deserves recognition. I hope Stena Line appreciate the wonderful asset that he is to this company

This is our first and last time using Stena Line. I was disappointed with the lack of any level of service for foot passengers. We traveled round trip from Harwich to Holland and back thinking it would be comparable to a flight but a different, scenic experience.There was nothing scenic about the port area and observation decks were completely closed for both legs of our trip. Accommodations were clean and ship layout decent but the service was terrible. No staff was available for questions and just to obtain drinking water was a headache. I was redirected 3 times. After the exorbitant fare I paid one cannot accommodate a request to refill a bottle with water? The fare was 100? pp one way PLUS 40? greater anglica train ticket to return to London.Our morning disembarkation into London began with loud, annoying music and repeated announcements at 5:30AM!!!!! We were practically chased off the ship at 6:45AM! I thought we had until 8am to disembark as our first leg was at this time. There should be clear communication as you board as to disembarkation process. This was a terrible way to awaken and left us stranded in train station until 9:30am. After such an expensive trip customers should be treated more respectfully.Will definitely fly next time!

Stena line -Ferry get a new design. I must say that it is a very pleasant change. They have been traveling on this line fairly regularly for six months, so I can assess the changes on board from a passenger's point of view. Great job. The staff of the whole ship is always completely professional and there is nothing to complain about?.One small thing that bothers a lot and it was nice to fix this problem somehow. This is the Stena Hollandica, the toilets in the cabins of this ferry smell incredibly bad and the fans in the toilets usually don't work either.I have no idea why this issue isn't on Stena Brittanica.Otherwise our super

Great way to cross the channel, check in was super smooth and we took a Dominoes pizza on board for dinner. We did the overnight 11pm to 8am crossing but were a little annoyed about the amount of announcements from 5:30am onwards about shopping and such. What's wrong with just the one alarm 30mins before needing to disembark? And who is really going to shop at 6am? Sleep was cut short as a result. Heads up...

One of the most affordable boat trips to England. Super clean and all staff are friendly. It's also nice that you can take your dog on board in a cabin and that there is a place where they can do their business. Highly recommended!

Overnight ferry from here to Hook Van Hoeland was a smooth and comfortable passage. Despite stating boarding starts at 20:30 for the night trip, we were boarded at 21:15 after a late start and passport/bag checks.
