Me and my mum visit when selling my house down the road, and on moving day we wanted a beverage to keep us going through the evening. We turned up 5 minutes before closing (which isn?t our usual style as we like people to get home on time after a shift) but we were met with such lovely energy from Liam and Ashleigh who were so welcoming and made our drinks with care and attention and they are a huge credit to your company and are very much the face and attitude that is a great example! Huge thank you again Liam and Ashleigh and we even popped in again this morning and Liam was delighted to see us and asked how the move was going. Exceptional customer service and overall amazing energy from him to start our day off in the right way

We have visited dovercourt costa on many occasions and have to say it is the cleanest friendliest one we have ever been in. We told the manager who was cleaning the floors tables and all surfaces that we were really impressed and will visit again

cold babycino, then too hot, but then the babycino turned into a hot chocolate...?!no pastriesgirl at kiosk didn't know how to respond to me and just looked at my blanklyHad to shout for attention to get sugar etc.Won't go there again for morning coffees
