Great food, quick service

Being a vegetarian it's really hard for me to find options that I actually like but I love burger king's vegan royale. I happened to visit this store yesterday just because it's on the highway and I was surprised by the quick service. Honestly I've been to other BK stores as well but somehow I'm mostly dissapointed by the service, sometimes it's the time, sometimes it's the person serving, something or the other pisses me off. But here, I had a great experience, the service was super fast, the person serving me was very polite and welcoming. I think he is one of the managers, his name started with N don't remember it now but I would assume he was indian. Anyway, overally it was one of my best experiences at BK

I was served by an Asian guy who was the assistant manager I believe. I wanted a vegetarian burger for which he suggested vegan royale is better than the plant patty as it is cooked separately which suited my dietary preferences. Amazing services and food. Definitely will be back again.

I don?t know who hurt the staff at this Burger King, but I?m grateful to that person every single day.
Walking in, I was immediately greeted with a heavy sigh and what I can only describe as the death glare of the century. ?What do YOU want?? asked the cashier, as if I had just asked to borrow a kidney. I ordered a Whopper and he repeated it back to me with the exact tone my mum used when I said I wanted to drop out of sixth form.
The staff member assembling my burger looked at me from across the kitchen to the kiosk where I was standing like I had personally wronged his entire bloodline. When my number was called, it was barked at me with such aggressive disdain that I actually stood up faster.
?Napkins?? I meekly asked.
?They?re. Right. there..? he said, pointing with the energy of someone who has explained this a thousand times to a thousand idiots, of which I was clearly the worst.
But here?s the thing - that Whopper? Absolutely outstanding. Perfectly assembled, hot & delectable. And there?s something about being treated like an inconvenience that really adds flavour to the experience. It?s like dinner theatre, except I?m paying to be disrespected.. and honestly? It?s worth every penny.
I?ll be back tomorrow and every week indefinitely. They?ll hate it - I can?t wait.????????????????

I have to make a complaint... i tried to get on the feeback site with no joy as i was trying show my appreciation for the staff that served me at harwich port burger king ...
especially Luke and his staff... they made my visit fantastic...
Super happy with how i was treated and they lifted my day...

I used to be slightly skeptical about getting a BK as years ago I got food poisoning from a raw burger. But this new Burger King in Harwich has got it all. In comparison to the rest of the fast food enterprises nearby, Burger King definitely has the friendliest environment due to the caring and attentive staff. I love coming in when Luke happens to be working, he?s there a lot and seems to really enjoy what he does, a true BK treasure.

I visited the Burger King in Harwich, and I was really impressed. The food was hot, flavourful and exactly what you'd expect?whoppers properly flame?grilled, fries fresh, and everything served quickly. What made the experience even better was Zac behind the counter. He was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was right with my order. His help and positive attitude made a big difference. The restaurant is clean, the staff seem well?trained, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Really pleased with my visit ? I?ll definitely be coming back, and I?ll be asking for Zac!
