Poor management and layout of shop. Good worker's- helpful. We support use of cash and expect to have manned checkouts. Ditch self service like other supermarkets are doing.

Asda itself no complaints
But the old white haired lady on the cigarette kiosk in afternoons not sore is name maybe LINDA is rude and has no customer service what so ever. She should be replaced by someone with much better skills I watched her serve customers and she?s no smile no service at all!!!

In general I?ve enjoyed my shopping experiences here so far. I?d say though that there?s not much variety in 100% juice options which is unfortunate. Also, cashiers aren?t the friendliest. Nevertheless I like using the ASDA Rewards so that?s a plus for me. Their donuts are also very lovely. ?

Brilliant supermarket chain per usual offering everything that I needed in my shop. Plus, the new Asda Rewards app is potentially the best loyalty app currently being offered by any Supermarket. Staff were really friendly and the store was fully stocked and clean plus on hot days, the Air conditioning is always very refreshing when shopping.

A great supermarket for most of your shopping needs, apart from mens clothes. very, very small selection compared to women's section. I used to buy a lot of clothes from asda George, as they were very good value but now you would have problems dressing one mannequin with the mens clothes they have. I go out of town now .you lost three stars because of your clothing section

Easy to find. Easy to park. Walk in pixel flowers up all sorts of flowers from 10 to £5 shops. A little supermarket. Got everything in it. Fresh fruit, veg potatoes, meat cheese's all things will ask for has is also a petrol station around the other side. Well worth a visit if you're ever Harwich
