So far it has been a wonderful experience working with the team. From the initial market appraisal by Sam, through to corresponding with Ben and Spencer, the team are amazing, highly professional, and approachable. Not forgetting Claire in admin. My house went on the market and within a week, SOLD STC. The team worked proactively and incredibly hard to find a suitable match for my home. The many questions I had, were swiftly answered by Ben after 6pm. That is great service. I am still in the early stages of the process, however, I have every confidence in the team to keep me informed and chase solicitors if needed. I hope the rest of the conveyancing process runs as smoothly.

Spencer from William H Brown has been very professional and patient from day one of our house search journey. We ended up choosing a house sold by a divorcing couple and Spencer was instrumental during the negotiation and purchase process. He would regularly check in with everyone and make sure the process kept moving forward. It's been a very long and exhausting journey but thanks to Spencer we finally reached the finish line.

My Landlord changed agents part way through my tenancy agreement to WHB and they delivered first class customer service through the transition. This was overseen by Amber.I then wanted to find a something a bit bigger and then I met Chloe. Chloe understood exactly what I was looking for which is what I needed as I didn?t have time to keep viewing unsuitable properties.All in all, I think the team as a whole work really well together, my messages are always passed on and returned in a timely manner.The lettings team at WHB are by far the best lettings team I?ve dealt with. I would highly recommend them!
