Absolutely fuming.
Last time we had a delivery, the guy kindly took them through to our garden, no quibble.
Today the deliverer said no.
My husband is an amputee & suffers chronic spine pain to name a couple of his many medical issues, yet he has been left to get them in & across the house himself. All 9 bags of soil & compost. He can barely breathe!
I can't help him as I am am also less abled.
Not trying to play on our mobility issues, but they're quite evident & genuine, so a little consideration might have been nice. Not a happy customer.

Does what it says on the tin.
Sometimes you can't find a staff member to cut a piece of wood.
In my humble opinion.
Some of their prices are more than other places but it's convenient.
Try it not to go there during a busy weekend lunch time.
