Came into the store today and was met by Lloyd who helped me with renewing my broadband and mobile contracts. Even though it was the end of the day he was cheerful and was able to get me some great deals. An assest to the company.

Absolutely useless the young guy acting like a car salesman talked the talk.
However he did not put the phone contract through properly so I had no phone number for over a week! So I to goto another store to fix my problem.
This all happened before my holiday. They are absolutely useless in there

If I could not give any stars I would! Unfortunately I had to put one to be able to write my review.
Yesterday afternoon I went to Vodafone with my sister-in-law to get some advices regarding her phone.
Initially a younger man come up to help us, but an older man got into our conversation and he was very rude and arrogant.
I told him that I wasn?t liking the way he was talking to us because he was being ?a little rude?, he replied and said he wasn?t being rude, so I asked him a question about my sister-in-law?s phone and he looked at me and said that I was supposed to answer his question first and only after I answered him he would answer the question I asked.
He was extremely rude, stupid by the way he looked and spoke.
Honestly, I never will returned to this store with this terrible customer service, and I believe that Vodafone needs to give custom services training to their employees for the disrespectful way they treat their customers.

I took out a mobile wifi contract from westfield vodafone store but decided a week later to cancel it and get the broadband pro 2.So i came to the harlow branch to cancel the contract and get a refund and get the new contract.The vodafone advisor looked at my details and confirmed my indentity then decided to ask for the receipt of my order which i didnt have and said he cant do it even though he verified my purchase on the system.I had to go home collect the receipt and because i was busy i had to go to a different store. I went to Hackney vodafone and they didnt even ask for any receipt they straight away dealt with my enquiries. They said there was no need for the receipt because they could see the transaction on my account.What a disappointing experience. This just means that the guy at Vodafone was being difficult for no reason. He wasted my whole afternoon by making me go back and forth. Its the white guy with arm tattoos and a piercing on his ear. I'm going to make an official complaint to Vodafone too.
