I took out a mobile wifi contract from westfield vodafone store but decided a week later to cancel it and get the broadband pro 2.So i came to the harlow branch to cancel the contract and get a refund and get the new contract.The vodafone advisor looked at my details and confirmed my indentity then decided to ask for the receipt of my order which i didnt have and said he cant do it even though he verified my purchase on the system.I had to go home collect the receipt and because i was busy i had to go to a different store. I went to Hackney vodafone and they didnt even ask for any receipt they straight away dealt with my enquiries. They said there was no need for the receipt because they could see the transaction on my account.What a disappointing experience. This just means that the guy at Vodafone was being difficult for no reason. He wasted my whole afternoon by making me go back and forth. Its the white guy with arm tattoos and a piercing on his ear. I'm going to make an official complaint to Vodafone too.

I am new to Vodafone, went into the Harlow Branch for a new phone. The staff were very polite and helped me get a great deal. Customer service was excellent and they were after my best interests. Terrible service went to collect my click and collect upgrade on 2 occasions both times they got a bag out with my my details on the told me I can't take the phone because the computer won't book out and to come back later with no offer of taking my number to call me when ready and they never answered the store mobile number ! Then when calling customer service to cancel they stated if the stupid staff (there words) took a minute to call this could of been resolved there and then and I would have walked away with the phone and they think because the staff told me to cancel the upgrade in store and upgrade directly through them they where acting improper to try and get commission they would not have gotten for my click and collect pick up ! Con men! Stay clear from store very well compensated buy customer service because they agreed store not trained or not willing to help deal directly with customer service directly don't waste no time going in store!

I was well pleased with the service offered at the store. Staff were really helpful. I first called Vodafone and they were not helpful for the deal I wanted on the phone. So I came to store and received a better service and offer. Well done keep up the good work ?
