Came into the store today and was met by Lloyd who helped me with renewing my broadband and mobile contracts. Even though it was the end of the day he was cheerful and was able to get me some great deals. An assest to the company.

The staff at this store having bought a new contract were at the time extremely helpful but when I returned with an issue were not in the least bothered , very rude & unhelpful
