Looked on their website to see if they had what I wanted and took a screenshot. Walked into the store, showed the guy the picture on my phone, picked up something else at the counter, gave him my postcode and paid. Easy transaction, brilliant service and no touch screen tablets to check in with first before waiting for my items. No hassle with parking, easy to get back out on the main road too, despite it being Sunday morning.
