I would highly recommend the Toning Table Therapy Centre. Using the toning tables regularly has been key over the last year on my journey to well-being and the friendly atmosphere and support on offer make it a real pleasure. Don't think about what you can't do - you will discover what you can do! When the Centre re-opens shortly why not try it out? You won't regret it.

It's great and I wish I'd found it sooner. I'm 67 and have been ill for years so as you can imagine, I'm not in the best shape. I'm beginning to feel the benefits after just 6 sessions. Everyone is friendly and helpful and you don't feel you have to dress up for it. The price is affordable too.

Great little place very good for people with disabilities or injuries definitely recommend it's good for making new friends too
