If you like your food dry then head here! Queued for a quite a while for the carvery, I had a cocktail which was awful. Lastly they never seem to have anything off the menu other then the carvery.
Customer service was great which was the best part of the visit.

Over all the experience was very got and we love a Toby! Food was hot, tasty and there were no major waits at all. Our waiter ( Alfie ) was perfect and professional.
It would have been nice to have been greeted when we came in rather than waiting for staff to finish their conversations, but other than that it was all good and would definitely come back.
Sadly no vegetarian potatoes.

I wasn't very impressed by the bar person. I asked 3 times how to enter my cars registration number, but she insisted on taking our order first. Besides that, the meal was as expected.
Parking: Just enter your registration number at the bar.

Restaurant was very busy and Dee done her job wonderfully she didn't have time to be very personal, but that's understandable. We normally have a starter and a sweet, but we was seated in the middle of an area, which I find very uncomfortable, so it was just main and then we left.

Not the first time our order has been a complete shambles !!, but this order beats them all bag was split, even uber driver took a pic, inside one order was incomplete yet again, the other 2 orders, the lids had come off!, and one of the gravy?s had spilt in the bag!, tried to contact the restaurant but as normal did not pick up phone, was asked to leave a message , have done but nobody gets back, I?m so fed up tomorrow I will be heading down to see the manager!, will never order again or even eat in there now

Usually good but our last visit the vegetables were cold and the beef was tough

Parking: Lots of space, you just have to enter your registration when you go in.

One of the best Toby's i have been too, Went off them as i found them very bland, but have definitely got better in taste. Thank you HArlow, will definitely return.

Friendly attentive waitress and a delicious dessert. Those are the only two positives I can note. The carvery was disappointing - unfriendly chef carving the meat, overcooked meat, yorkshire puddings underdone and vegetables which looked and tasted like plastic.
