Absolutely fantastic! We needed two keys cut which were done perfect and we asked an advice over our car remote not working, the man working at the counter was super helpful and advised to reset the remote, well that worked a treat and saved us several hundred pounds for a new remote! Thank you so much, you were so kind and helpful!

Hey what's going on with your opening times? I got to your Harlow (Harvey Centre) shop today (Sun 5th) at 3.40pm. There were no customers waiting and all I wanted was to get my watch battery changed. The guy working there was just milling round doing nothing, and told me to go away as he was closing up shop? What's the point of advertising a 4pm close? Won't be using Timpsons again.
