Please don't use this provider. It has horrible network, data don't work properly.
They have terrible contract terms and you will end up stuck with this terrible service not being able to leave the company or change the provider for 3 years.
Don't go for it!

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service I just experienced from an employee named Liam (if I have the name correct) at the store.
I visited to get assistance with my dongle, as I?ve been having issues receiving a QR code from head office. However, I have never been spoken to so rudely by a representative of such a large organisation. The staff member stated that ?he wasn?t there to help customers? ?customer isn?t right? and claiming he?s a ?salesman.?
Rather than taking a step back to assess the situation and offer support, he deflected blame onto me and dismissed my concerns in a completely unhelpful and inconsiderate manner. I left feeling incredibly disappointed.
I am happy for the manager of the store to review the CCTV footage to see how this situation escalated.

The store manager Francesco is an absolute asset to this company. I went into the store very angry with Three as they messed up my account but him and the team managed to fix my issue and also they gave me a discount on two other products which made me save more than half of what I was paying with O2.I would highly recommend this store. Thanks to Francesco and his team, and made change my opinion about three.

Jamie and staff are very welcoming. Jamie has helped me for weeks with a signal issue. I don't know what I'd have done without them. The staff are second to none!

My wife and I renewed our 3 phone contracts on 11th August and got our new phones from the branch in Harlow. We were served by the Manager Francesco who was absolutely brilliant dealing with us he was so knowledgable calm and collected and so very patient when organising our new contracts and transferring overour old phones data to our new phones cannot speak highly enough of him....thank you Francesco....Mr and Mrs B.

Horrible service, went to shop for an offer for S23 Ultra, a lady Antonela just checked online few ofers, she didn't know what is cheaper to keep the old contract and open another contract for the phone or take new phone with new plan. Few weeks before her colleague Kieran i think gave me an offer for this phone with good price with the same number and contract but the phone was out of stock, her offer now was with 20£ per month higher, when i asked how is this possible she didn't know what to say, i told her qbout his offer she just said" he doesn't work here anymore ".. ok but the prices he gave was lower, and he spent about 10 min just looking for best deals. By her attitude i could tell that she wasn't interested in selling the phone, or having that discussion at all. Definitely will not go there again.
